Simply put we have contacted you because our research indicates you are the owner, heir or beneficiary of an unclaimed property asset.

How did we contact you?

Much work has already been completed before we finally now contacted you. We have several different types of cases we work on at any given time. Identifying a property asset is 'lost or unclaimed' or an estate has not or cannot be settled is just the initial step. Our research can begin only with a name and an old address sometimes 50 years old or more in any country of the world! With some estate cases we have had to research families back to the early 1800's finding ancestors and heirs in many different countries simultaneously.

The resources at our disposal include but are not limited to; our proprietary research techniques and experience, our in-house library, a global network of representatives/agents/genealogists, access to international databases and to archives all over the world. Records can and are kept in many different places depending on the type of record, which depository/jurisdiction and which country they are held in, etc. Laws on accessing records vary from country to country and the same document/record can have a multitude of names depending on the language and country it is found in.

Despite all these obstacles, our experience, expertise and the research we do allows us to determine who the claimant(s)/heir(s)/beneficiary(ies) we seek is/are, and then to locate and contact them. Even though we have spent a lot of time and research efforts to get to this stage and finally identify, locate and contact you, there remains much specialized work to be completed before we can successfully recover the unclaimed property asset and/or represent the claimant's, heir's and/or beneficiary's claim.
